Dutch Blockchain Week 2026 will bring global crypto companies, institutional leaders and blockchain innovators to Amsterdam from June 22 to 28, with the main summit hosted at Johan Cruijff ArenA.

Johan Cruijff ArenA, Amsterdam – Amsterdam has hosted blockchain events for years, but Dutch Blockchain Week 2026 is positioning itself with a clearer objective. The focus is no longer centered on speculation or trend-driven discussions. The event is bringing together the companies, regulators, and infrastructure providers actively shaping Europe’s digital asset market under a changing regulatory environment.

That direction is reflected in the first confirmed speakers. Charlie Lee, founder of Litecoin and Director of the Litecoin Foundation, will join an exclusive 1-on-1 session during the summit. Additional confirmed speakers include Brian Gahan of Kraken, Stephanie Laurent of Bitwise, Amor Sexton of Blockdaemon, Maike Hornung of Visa, Marieke Flament, advisor to Qivalis, and Raoul Schipper of Chainlink.

Dutch Blockchain Week 2026 will take place from June 22 to June 28, with the main summit hosted on June 24 and 25 inside Amsterdam’s Johan Cruijff ArenA. More than 40 side events are scheduled across the city throughout the week. These include investor dinners, institutional networking sessions, roundtables, technical workshops, and community gatherings organized by Dutch and international partners.

The partner lineup further highlights the event’s institutional direction. Bitvavo returns as Main Partner, while bunq joins as Diamond Partner for the first time. Visa, Kraken, OKX, Bybit EU, and zerohash Europe are confirmed as Platinum Partners. Mastercard, Deloitte, Talos, Fireblocks, Worldpay, and Coinmerce are participating as Gold Partners.

The companies involved reflect how the industry is developing across Europe. Regulated infrastructure, digital payments, custody, compliance, and institutional access are becoming central parts of the market as MiCA regulation continues across the region.

Amsterdam is also becoming increasingly relevant within Europe’s digital asset sector. The Netherlands has attracted growing attention from exchanges, fintech firms, and infrastructure providers seeking a regulated gateway into the European market. That shift is expected to shape the audience attending Dutch Blockchain Week this year, with participation from exchanges, banks, investment firms, payment providers, legal specialists, regulators, and blockchain infrastructure companies.

The organizers are also expanding the event’s networking infrastructure. A dedicated networking app will launch two weeks before the summit, allowing attendees to connect and schedule meetings before arriving in Amsterdam. During the summit, a dedicated deal floor and executive meeting spaces will support more focused conversations between companies, investors, and decision-makers.

“Dutch Blockchain Week 2026 is focused on creating meaningful business conversations between the companies and institutions building the next stage of Europe’s digital asset economy,” said the event organizers. “The goal is to create an environment where partnerships, infrastructure, and regulation can be discussed in a practical and productive setting.”

Alongside the summit, the broader city-wide experience continues to expand. Side events currently include boat tours, padel tournaments, policy discussions, private networking sessions, and technical workshops. One of the more notable additions this year is a session hosted by the Dutch Police focused on investigations and criminal activity within the crypto sector. The session reflects the growing importance of compliance, enforcement, and public-private collaboration within the industry.

Dutch Blockchain Week 2026 is positioning itself as a meeting point for the companies and institutions shaping Europe’s digital asset industry. The focus is clear: facilitate high-value conversations, strengthen industry connections, and support long-term business development across the European market.

More information, speaker updates, and tickets are available through the official Dutch Blockchain Week website.
